Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  1. Proof of Purchase: Retain receipt or order number for returns within 30 days.
  2. Contact Us: For exchanges/refunds, email contact@senua-hydroponics.com or call 0151 245 7525. Items must be in original, resaleable condition.
  3. Specific Item Policies:
    • Electrical Items: Repair/replace within 6 months if faulty. Manufacturer’s warranty applies. The customer proves fault after 6 months.
    • Grow Lamps: 6-month guarantee, return in original packaging.
    • Liquids: Non-exchangeable, non-refundable.
  4. Legal Compliance:
    • Repairs and Replacements: Repair or replace faulty items post-acceptance. Acceptance includes alteration or explicit confirmation.
    • Warranties and Guarantees: Rights to repairs/replacements exist despite warranty/guarantee status.
    • Proof of Purchase: We will request proof of purchase.
    • Non-Buyer Returns: We only accept returns from the original purchaser.
